Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We ship across South Africa, with free shipping on all orders above R1000. Delivery times depend on your location, and you'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Our dinnerware is made from food-grade stainless steel with a removable silicone sleeve, so there's no nasty aftertaste or staining like you get with plastic. Every product is tested to the highest safety standards before it reaches your little one's table.

Our Lil Grippers use suction cup technology that grips tightly to most flat, smooth surfaces, helping to stop bowls and plates flying off the table mid-meal. They're dishwasher friendly too, so cleanup is as easy as mealtime should be.

We're so sorry! Please message us on WhatsApp or email us straight away with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging, and our team will sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We don't currently offer Cash on Delivery, but checkout is quick and secure with all major credit and debit cards through Shopify's encrypted payment system.
